Terms governing use of beyla.ai and related sites
Version 1.0 · Effective 20 April 2026
These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of beyla.ai and any other websites, pages, apps or online content operated by BEYLA UK LTD (together, the “Sites”). By accessing or using the Sites you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Sites. BEYLA UK LTD (“BEYLA”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, any separate agreement governing your use of our Service (see our Terms of Service).
1. Who may use the Sites
The Sites are intended to provide information about BEYLA and our products. If you access the Sites from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with any local laws that apply to you.
2. Informational only; no advice
Information on the Sites is provided for general information only. It is not, and must not be taken as, banking, payment, investment, credit, insurance, tax, legal, accounting or other regulated or professional advice. BEYLA is not currently authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. You should take your own professional advice before acting on information from the Sites.
3. Intellectual property
3.1 All intellectual property rights in the Sites and their content (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, code, layout and design) are owned by or licensed to BEYLA. The BEYLA name, logo and product names are trade marks of BEYLA UK LTD. All rights are reserved.
3.2 You may view, download and print content from the Sites for your internal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not alter the content or remove any proprietary notices. Any other use (including reproduction, distribution, public display, or use for AI training) requires our prior written consent.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Sites in any way that breaches applicable law or the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Sites or their underlying systems;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
- scrape, crawl or harvest content other than via publicly documented means and in accordance with robots.txt;
- use the Sites to develop, train, benchmark or evaluate any AI model or competing product; or
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with BEYLA.
5. User-generated content
If the Sites allow you to submit content (for example via forms, chats, comments or community forums), you grant BEYLA a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute that content for the purposes of operating the Sites and responding to you. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your submission, and that it does not breach our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Links to and from the Sites
6.1 The Sites may contain links to third-party websites and resources. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party sites.
6.2 You may link to our homepage provided you do so fairly and legally and do not damage our reputation or imply endorsement. We may withdraw linking permission without notice.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Sites available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict access at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the current version and its effective date are always published on the Sites.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sites are provided “as-is” and “as-available”. We exclude all representations, warranties and conditions (whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise) including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, BEYLA will not be liable for any: (a) loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business, goodwill, reputation or opportunity; (b) loss or corruption of data; or (c) indirect, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary losses. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Sites is limited to £100.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Sites.
