London, UK – 1 October 2026 – BEYLA today announced a multi-year collaboration with Visa, a world leader in digital payments, to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) harness financial intelligence and the next generation of commerce technology to make better decisions, identify opportunities and grow with greater confidence.
Running a small business often means being the chief executive, finance director, operations lead, risk manager, salesperson and marketer all at once. BEYLA is designed to give owners and operators joined-up, senior support across those functions without taking control away from them.
Many business tools are built around a single task, such as messaging, accounting, invoicing, forecasting or customer management. Each can hold an important part of the picture, but the owner is still left to connect the information and decide what matters. AI can answer sophisticated questions, but useful judgement depends on understanding the business as a whole.
BEYLA’s Digital C-Suite brings together specialist Digital Humans across finance, operations, risk, legal, marketing, sales and technology. Each works from the Hive, a living memory of how the business works, so the whole team shares the same context. This allows BEYLA to anticipate risks, surface opportunities and prepare the next action before an owner has to ask. The owner or an approved team member makes the decision.
The goal is not simply to give SMB owners another place to ask questions. It is to recognise when a question needs to be asked in the first place, explain why it matters and coordinate the relevant expertise around the owner. That shared context is what turns an alert into useful judgement and specialist AI capabilities into a Digital C-Suite.
BEYLA is integrating open banking capabilities, alongside native connections to accounting systems, CRM, email and cloud storage. With each business’s consent, the integration is designed to combine connected account information with wider business context in the Hive. This will help BEYLA’s Digital Humans recognise a tightening cash position, explain what may be driving it or identify a growth opportunity in context, then prepare relevant options for the owner to review.
Subject to the required regulatory permissions and applicable approvals, BEYLA will operate directly on the Visa network as a Principal Issuer. Within clearly defined permissions, policies and controls, BEYLA’s Digital Humans can support businesses across their financial and payment journey, connecting guidance with the execution of decisions authorised by approved members. This would create a new model of AI-native issuing: payment products built into BEYLA’s AI-native operating system rather than added through a separate platform, so business context and payment infrastructure work together in one connected experience under the owner’s control.

The collaboration reflects a wider shift as AI moves from generating information to understanding context, supporting decisions and completing real-world tasks. BEYLA’s ambition is to combine that intelligence with persistent business context and trusted financial infrastructure, enabling its Digital Humans to work as one team while keeping the business owner in full control.
BEYLA is an AI-native business and finance operating system built for small and medium-sized businesses. At its centre is the Hive, a living, interconnected understanding of each business, giving its Digital C-Suite of specialist Digital Humans the context to provide proactive support across finance, operations, risk, legal, marketing and sales. BEYLA Voice is a modular Digital Receptionist that can answer calls, discuss a business’s services and fully manage appointments. Businesses can use it independently or connect it with the Hive.
BEYLA was founded by Daniel Callis and Catherine Sin, whose backgrounds span banking, financial services, technology and business growth. The company has participated in the Financial Conduct Authority’s inaugural AI Supercharged Sandbox and its Smart Data Accelerator SME Open Finance TechSprint. BEYLA’s Hive intelligence platform and BEYLA Voice are available to early members at beyla.ai.
